That messageimplies that you already created an account when you downloaded the program the first time. Go to the website:

https://www.cactusware.com/login

and log in to your account. If you’ve forgotten your password, check the box that says Lost Your Password?

That should send you a password reset link. Give that a try. Sometimes, you actually get logged in and don’t realize it so look for a black bar at the top of the screen, which would indicate that you are, in fact, logged in.

Once logged in, you should be good to go.
